ART. 1020 ABRASIVE WAX
Abrasive wax suitable for the preparation of uppers, heels, soles and edges for finishing. It gently levels the surface and promotes better penetration of liquids and creams. Used in the final stage, it prepares surfaces for polishing with a wool or soft cotton brush and ART. 1010 or ART. 1050.
Ideal for
Uppers, heels, soles, edges, and detailing with vintage brushed effects or contrasts on ART. 2042 BRUSH-OFF leathers.
Usage
Apply ART. 1020 abrasive wax to the cotton rotary brush and brush the item at 900-1000 rpm to close and level the surface. To achieve different effects, work at speeds between 500 and 1200 rpm, depending on the desired result. In the case of footwear, reapply the wax to the brush after 2-3 pairs.
Advice
Excellent both as a technical preparation for finishing and for aesthetic brushed and vintage effects.
