A product designed to address issues such as slipperiness or a loss of special effects on smooth leather items, whether they are full-grain, corrected, or pigmented. It is a water-based solution, available in glossy or matte finishes, and can be catalysed to enhance its effectiveness.
Ideal for
Smooth full-grain leather, buffed or pigmented, requiring colour fixation and restoration of surface grip.
Usage
Spray on without oversaturating the surface. Allow to dry. It is recommended to test adhesion after a sufficient ageing period, typically at least 24 hours. Repeat application if necessary, up to a maximum of 2 applications. The primer can be catalysed with CATALYST AT 172 to 5% to improve its performance.
Advice
Ideal for improving colour fastness and restoring surface effects on smooth leather. If catalysed, the product has a limited shelf life of approximately 10–15 hours, depending on environmental conditions; after this time, it loses its effectiveness and is no longer usable.
